RETURN POLICY
Wow i Fly products are all MADE-TO-ORDER specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us reduce over production, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
All Sales Are Final. We DO accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your item to alert us of the problem, then return the damaged item to us.
Once we inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation notification and the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7 days.
